You have to place your order at a window and pray that you find a seat because the place is always packed. It is a little hole in the wall decorated with mis-matched chairs and wobbly tables. This soup I am writing about today is just good for the soul! Our daughter kept raving about the chicken tortilla soup from a local restaurant called Mas Tacos Por Favor. Science has found that chicken soup is good for colds and congestion. Dan and I have been really healthy for years, but since the grandsons are in school, we seem to come down with a lot of little colds which they bring home from school. ![]() Hopefully it will resolve itself soon, and I do hope SOON. I ordered quinoa potato taco, fried avocado taco and the roasted street corn loaded with spices. ![]() In overall it was a wrap to enjoy their food. The inside sitting chairs are kinda small or the table are not too big but okay for a group to eat very close to each other. The parking can be tricky, so get there with extra time to find a good parking spot. They have an antique music box and few other pieces that goes way back in history. The bathroom sign is written in spanish EL VAÑO. Then, you go up to the high counter, grab your order, get the napkins on the right side of the high counter and choose a comfortable area to enjoy your food. If the weather permits you can seat outside, if not after you order at the outside window, then, you go inside and your name will be call over the speaker. I noticed patrons are waiting longer in the line to order because most people don’t think of grabbing a menu to know what they want before is their turn to order. Make sure you grab a menu so you are ready to order when is your turn. The wait was worthwhile, while you stand on line for someone to take your order through the window. ![]() My first time eating at Mas Tacos and I was highly impressed.
